"Refund got sorted out quick"
Had an issue with my flower order and tbh I was already expecting it to turn into a whole thing. I reached out to justflowers and told them what happened, kinda figuring I’d be waiting around forever.
But they actually got back to me and helped with the refund without making it complicated. It took a little patience, yeah, but it got handled fair and fast, so I’m good with how it all ended.

The flowers were fine from what I remember, nothing amazing but not bad either. I mostly just remember thinking the price looked good at first, then some extra fees popped up closer to checkout. I can’t remember the exact amount, but it was enough to be a little annoying. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, I just wish the total was more obvious earlier.

I ordered from justflowers.com the bouquet looked really fresh and bright when it arrived. It was put together nice too. They ended up lasting longer than I thought they would, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I ordered flowers from justflowers.com for my aunt’s birthday and I’ll be honest, I was a little unsure at first. Sometimes the pictures online look amazing, and then what shows up is like... well, not quite the same.
But this arrangement was really close to the photo on the site. The colors matched, the style was the same, and it actually looked full instead of thin or rushed. I was kind of expecting it to be less impressive than the picture, but honestly...

My aunt sent me a photo after it arrived, and I was really happy with how it turned out. It looked pretty much like what I picked, and she loved it too, so I’d definitely give them 5 stars.

Where is my order 8181565, supposed to be delivered may 8? if not delivered today, may 10, i want a full refund. if neither of those things happen, i will report you for fraud

I placed order number 9021243. it was set to deliver on sat, may 9,2020. then on sunday. now it is monday & no go. i want a refund!!! this is b.s.!!!

Please know i will not stop trying. my wife's order# 8820931. we want a full refund. not another "attempt" for you to deliver them.

This is the worst of the worst company that i have ever dealt with. still have not received my mothers day flowers, after spending 3 hrs trying to get them on the phone i told them i didnt want them any longer and to credit my son the amount it cost him for this order.
